Volunteer Information

We can't help horses without our incredible volunteers!

As an all-volunteer organization with no paid staff, each and every volunteer that comes our way is truly valuable to our organization.   We couldn't continue to rescue and rehabilitate horses in need without them and are always in need of individuals who are dedicated and dependable to lend us a helping hand.   The horses that we rescue depend on us to help them through this new chapter in their life, and we owe it to them to provide the best quality care that we possibly can.

  • Volunteer duties include assisting with morning and afternoon feed shifts, stall/barn cleaning, pasture maintenance, horse care, events, barn projects and more.
  • Youth volunteers are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Horse experience is a plus but not required.

Once we receive your volunteer application we will schedule your volunteer orientation. After orientation is complete, farm volunteers may sign up for morning or afternoon feeding shifts per our on-line schedule.
